  • Q: How do I send one as a gift to someone in another city or to a friend?
  • A: Simply enter the appropriate information during the checkout process.  We can then find out the particulars for your Adoption Certificate and your order will be processed by our nearest location to you. We will confirm via email when and define how your order is shipped. You won’t be disappointed! We are planning a more interactive an fun on-line "Create My Own Teddy Bear" feature. This is in development now, so be sure to check back regularly for updates!
  • Q: Do you do birthday parties?
  • A: Yes, we do host birthday parties at our TM Stores and Kiosks. A TM Birthday party is one of the best times you can have, as we make it very interactive and exciting for all party goers. We provide volume discounts and special treats, so be sure and contact a TM Store today for all of the details.
  • Q: Is their a Frequent buyer program or club?
  • A: Yes, we do have a PaLS Club. See store for details.
  • Q: How much does it cost?
  • A: All product prices are posted in our online store section. Shipping and handling is extra, but we will ensure your gift contains those extra special touches you expect from a Teddy Mountain Store!
  • Q: What do I get when I order on-line?
  • A: You will receive the all of the products that you have ordered, which may include your stuffed teddy, sound modules, clothes, and accessories. We will assume that you want your plush stuffed, dressed, and ready to go, unless otherwise stated. We will gather the information required for the certificate and ensure that your new 'friend' is placed in our custom TM backpack, with head peeking out for air. We will box, punch a couple of airholes, and ship immediately, so your new friend finds a new home quickly! We will advise when and method of shipment. Who knows, there may even be a surprise or two inside the box?
  • Q: How do I pay for this on-line? Is it secure?
  • A: Both PayPal and our secure site use secure socket layering (SSL) to protect your information. Furthermore, we encrypt your credit card information and dispose of it after the order has been shipped.
  • Q: Do the clothes fit all of the teddies?
  • A: 99% of them do, however, there are a couple of clothes items that are made for smaller bears. We will contact you if there are any ‘wardrobe’ problems.
  • Q: How long have you been in business?
  • A: Teddy Mountain has been in the teddy bear stuffing business since the year 2000.

We involve ourselves from site selection, lease negotiations, Business Plan assistance, project planning, architectural drawings, etc., to complete on-site setup, training, and support.   • Q: How soon can I open a Franchise?
  • A: Kiosk requires a minimum of 2 months from lease negotiations to opening. Store locations require a minimum of 3 months, due to lease negotiations, refining architectural drawings, permitting, tendering general contractors, and fixturing. These are best case scenario timelines, add plus 2 months, for extremely difficult situations.
  • Q: Do you offer area or territory protection?
  • A: Yes we do. Our goal is to seek candidates that can manage multiple locations or territories in their area. A successful TM Franchisee is a happy and motivated TM Franchisee. This benefit is then felt by all of our customers, who deserve it the most.
  • Q: How long have you been Franchising?
  • A: Our Franchise Services Division was formed in August of 2003. This was a natural extension from our core operations which were formed in June of 2000.
  • Q: What is the profit potential of a TM Franchise?
  • A: This does vary, of course, based on many factors, such as population, demographics, competition, and so on. We do assist in site selection and also have better leverage when it comes to lease negotiations. Your two most controllable costs are leasing and payroll. Once these factors are determined we will do a custom business plan for you to run the estimated P&L potential for your exact location.
